A grand home overlooking the Magothy River Related
An estate comprised of three structures, this residence was designed to blend new with old. The original ice house was converted into a pool house, the existing carriage house was reconstructed as guest quarters, and the main house was completely new construction. Since the Owner asked that the house appear to have been added onto over the years, different materials and finishes define each “era”.
